Owl Art Colorful Abstract Painting using QOR Watercolor Paints. Considered one of the highest quality watercolor paints with excellent pigments holding their colors even under the most diluted conditions.
The Owl the Wizards of all Birds!! Note their huge playful and colorful eyes as they peek out at you. Owls are called Raptors, or birds of prey, meaning they use their sharp talons and curved bills to hunt, kill, and eat other animals. But owls are different than most raptors such as the hawk or eagle as most owls have huge heads, stocky bodies, soft feathers, short tails, and surprisingly a reversible toe that can point either forward or backward.
Owl’s eyes face forward like humans. Owls sometimes hide their food. They capture their prey and use their bill to carefully stuff the food into a hiding spot. This is called caching. Owls might cache prey into holes in trees, in the forks of tree branches, behind rocks, or even in clumps of grass. Owls do this when hunting is good and will go back within a day or two.
