About Me | My name is Carole Anne Love and I AM A VISUAL ARTIST | I have always had a passion and a need to express myself creatively using many different mediums. I am an Award Winning Artist at the Primary Colors 2020 Art Exhibition in Watercolor Painting. Featured Artist at the National Gallery of the Cayman Islands “Under Lock Down” feature in Watercolor Painting. A Jewelry Designer and Manufacturer, YouTube Video Creator, Underwater Videographer, and a Web Page Designer/Developer. My constant need to express myself creatively brings me to want to share my art with you. That is how Purple Funky Monkey was born. I am currently also working on Acrylic Liquid Art and will soon be adding it to my site.

I used to take on Commissioned Art Work but I found it stifled my creative side, constrained my ability to think and create freely within myself. So unless someone allows me total freedom on the piece I will not take on Commissioned Work.

My hope is that you will find my work speaks to you and that you also enjoy the vibrant, bright colors I use in my watercolor work. I always found most watercolor to be on the light beige side of things, of which, I just cannot imagine being creative without vibrant dramatic color. I hope it adds to your day and brings joy and beauty to your world!
